Terms of Use
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of and access to our website and related software (the "Services"). Our Services include the creation of small QR codes with an integrated URL shortener.
The Services are provided by HDF Software Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Mikołaja Sępa-Szarzyńskiego 34-36/L3, 50-351 Wrocław, NIP (Tax ID): 6912463218, KRS (National Court Register): 0000358025, REGON: 021271671.
By using the Services, the User confirms their agreement to these Terms.
Registration
To use the Services, it is necessary to have a computer with internet access and an email account. To fully utilize our Services, it is necessary to register an account.
During account registration, the User must provide: first name, last name, and email address. If the User wishes to receive a VAT invoice, they must provide the additional data necessary to issue such a document. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and is obliged to keep their data updated.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their chosen login and password. Furthermore, it is prohibited to use other Users' accounts or to share one's own account with other persons. The User bears full responsibility for all activities performed using their account. The User is obliged to immediately notify us of any attempt at unauthorized use of their login or password.
The User has the right to cease using the Services at any time. Ceasing the use of Services does not release the User from the obligation to pay for Services previously utilized.
Rules for Using the Services
The User is fully responsible for all types of content they enter, store, share, or distribute through the Services. We do not control and do not bear any responsibility for content shared by Users through the Services.
In particular, the User is obliged to verify whether they hold the copyright or intellectual property rights to the content entered, stored, shared, or distributed through the Services.
It is prohibited to use the Services in an improper, non-standard, or unlawful manner, or in any way that interferes with, obstructs, or destabilizes their operation. It is prohibited to copy the Services, in whole or in part.
It is prohibited to use the Services to enter, store, share, or distribute content that:
- is inconsistent with generally applicable law, or is discriminatory, racist, pornographic, or in any way violates the rights of third parties;
- is not the property of the User or violates patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, property rights, or other rights of any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality;
- constitutes unauthorized advertising, spam, or other forms of solicitation;
- may constitute a scam (online fraud), may contain computer viruses or other types of malicious software, or enables redirection to further websites.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete the account of any User whose actions violate these Terms, as well as to defend our rights and pursue our claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any damages incurred or loss of benefits (including, but not limited to, lost income, loss of data, or financial loss).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide no warranties, whether implied or express, regarding the Services. We make no promises regarding the specific functions of the services, their reliability, or availability.
Price and Payment Methods
Prices for the Services provided by us will be specified in a publicly available price list, which is updated on an ongoing basis.
Due to the specific nature of the Services, a refund of paid fees is not possible.
If the User is interested in receiving a VAT invoice, they should request it before making the payment. We issue electronic invoices without the issuer's signature.
Changes to the Services
We reserve the right to change the functions of our Services, withdraw or add new features, and cease providing the Services, in whole or in part.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will always publish the most current version on our website. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, the User agrees to the revised Terms.
Dispute Resolution
We will strive to resolve any disputes related to the Services provided by us amicably. In the event that such a resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved by the court having subject-matter jurisdiction over the registered office of the company.
